Key Volunteer's Guide (NAVMC 2918)
The U.S. Marine Corps Key Volunteer's Guide was published in 1994 to provide detailed guidelines for the Key Volunteer Network, and to amplify and reinforce MCO 1754.2a. It is reproduced here in full. The guide is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format in five files. The guide is broken into five files in order to keep download time reasonable.
